Resort during August and September
Guest
Policies -
Quiet
time is 10 pm. Many of our guests are early risers. This is a family resort, and
we strongly discourage loud music, rude language, and bad behaviour at any time. - Check
in time is 3 pm for sites and cabins.
- Check
out time is 11 am for sites and cabins.
- Absolutely
no generators to be used at Cluxewe Resort from May 1 to September 30.
- No
dirt bikes and no ATV's are permitted in campground, on trails, or on the beach.
- Pets
must be leashed at all times and not left unattended. Please clean up after your
pet.
- Please do not clean fish in campsites,
washrooms, or sani-stations.
- Accompany children
under six using the restrooms. We ask your help in keeping the restrooms and showers
neat and clean. Please report any damage or untidiness to our staff.
- Swim
at your own risk -- there is no lifeguard on duty; please accompany and stay with
all children under twelve at the beach or river.
- There
is no smoking in any of our buildings.
- Only
one RV to a site and one small tent.
- Please
adhere to the roads and pathways. Respect other guests' privacy and do not trespass
on occupied sites.
- RV sites must be kept clean.
Foodstuffs or garbage are not to be left outside.
- No
tenting outside any cabins.
- Minors are not permitted
to camp unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Please
keep food, drinks, and glass containers out of the beach area.
- We
ask that guests do not move firepits.
- Unregistered
guests may visit friends or enjoy our scenery; however, we do ask that they stop
in the office and let us know about their visit. There is usually ample parking
near the office - do not park in campsites or block accesses.
- There
is a charge to use the sani-dump. Guests who are registered in unserviced sites
must pay a fee to dispose of waste.
- There are
monthly rentals available for both cottages (offseason) and campsites (year round).
Ask about rates and policies at the office.

The perfume of wild Nootka roses fills the
Cluxewe spit in May and June.
