Cluxewe News:   Come and enjoy the lovely month of September at Cluxewe - fewer people and the great sense of a change in season approaching. Many of our guests think this is the best time to visit. ... The campfire ban has been lifted. Enjoy your fires responsibly! .... We will begin to take reservations for 2011 on January 15, 2010 - by telephone only. Beginning on that date, call (250) 949-0378, 9 am to 4 pm. First come, first served.... Winter camping rates start on October 1. The Spit and Estuary areas are closed but sites are still available on the shore near the office and in the new section by the road. Self-contained RV's only (washrooms are closed). $15/night.... Winter cabin rentals: from October-March there are no overnight cabin rentals. Cabins 1, 4, 5. 6, and 7 are rented by the month during that time. Contact (250) 949-0378 if you are interested. No smoking and no pets in the cabins.
